Ingredients:

(for 30 pieces)

Puff Dough

  • 1000g Bread Flour
  • 100g Butter
  • 20g Salt
  • 400g Water
  • 500g Butter Sheet

ANDROS Apple Filling

  • 30g ANDROS Apple Filling
    (each piece)

Method:

Puff Dough

  1. Mix all ingredients except sheeting butter, until just combined, then keep in chiller at least 12 hours.
  2. Spread the dough and give it a rectangular shape.
  3. Add the butter sheet, fold the dough into three parts in 6 turns (total 729 layers).
  4. Cut the dough at desired size.

Apple Filling

  1. Add ANDROS APPLE Filling.
  2. Bake at 200°C until golden color.
