Return & Exchange Policy
All items sold are final and non-refundable.
If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact the store where the purchase was made within three (3) business days of receiving your items.
Discrepancies will be handled as follows:

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be exchanged.
- If extra, wrong, or damaged items were delivered, Bake With Yen may collect them from the customer.
- For missing or incorrect items, we may arrange to supply the correct product(s).
- Photo evidence and/or return of the item may be requested for damaged goods.
To process an exchange, please return the item(s) to the store of purchase along with:

- The original receipt
- The item(s) in original condition, packaging, tags, labels, and any included accessories or free gifts
Note:

- Chilled, frozen, sale, clearance, and discontinued items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable.
