Hearty Yogurt Barks
Ingredients:
Yogurt Bark Base :
- 400g Emborg Natural Yogurt
- 50g Emborg Spray Whipped Cream
- 130g Natural Honey
Toppings :
- 20ml Pretzel Sticks or Cookies Crumb
- 25nos Dried Cranberries
- 25g Raisins
- 25g Assorted nuts, crushed

Method:
- Pour Emborg Natural Yogurt into a bowl. Fold in Emborg Spray Cream and honey, then mix well.
- Spread the yogurt base on a lined parchment paper baking tray, shaping in into a round form. Top with your desired toppings.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until hardened. Remove from parchment paper, break into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
