Sieve flour and salt together, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, oil and mix well with hand.
Gradually add in water until a soft dough is formed.
Divide the dough into two parts, flatten one portion of the dough, use a knife or pizza roller and cut into diamonds shape or squares.
Deep fry in batches until turn into golden brown at both sides, remove from oil and drain well.
Deep fry curry leaves until crisp and fragrant, remove from oil and drain well.
In a frying pan over low heat (without oil), stir well salted egg seasoning powder and curry leaves.
Sprinkle the mixture on the namak para, gently mix well.
Cara Membuat:
1.Ayakkan tepung dan garam, masukkan serbuk cili, serbuk kunyit, serbuk bawang putih, biji jintan, biji karom dan minyak, gaul sebati dengan mengunakan tangan.
Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut.
Bahagi doh kepada 2 bahagian, ratakan doh menjadi doh yang nipis, potongkan doh menjadi bentuk berlian atau segi empat dengan mengunakan pisau atau ‘pizza roller’.
Goreng sehingga garing, angkat dan toskan minyak.
Goreng daun kari sehingga garing dan bau wangi, angkat dan toskan minyak.
Sangai serbuk perasa telur masin dan daun kari. (goreng tanpa minyak)
Taburkan campuran ke atas namak para, gaul sebati.
