UNICORN DESSERT CUP

Ingredients:

Biscuit Base :

  • 60g Digestive Biscuits

Unicorn Cream :

  • 400g Emborg Natural Yogurt 1L
  • 200g Emborg Spray Whipped Cream
  • 103ml Natural Honey
  • Pink Food Colouring
  • Blue Food Colouring

Decoration :

  • 1pc Ice Cream Waffle Cup
  • Coloured Marshallow (optional)

Method:

  1. Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Place 30g of crumbs as the base ,top with marble swirl unicorn cream, and add a second layer of biscuit crumbs followed by more unicorn cream.
  3. Decorate your unicorn dessert cup with Marshmallow and an ice cream corn horn.
